Which one you take decides how you pay. Brand-name medication is billed by your own pharmacy and you pay Suncoast for the care around it. Compounded medication arrives from a licensed pharmacy with the care already in the price. We do not bill insurance.

One price, everything in it

You pay Suncoast a single monthly price. It covers the provider review, the medication from a licensed compounding pharmacy, and the coaching that goes with it. Nothing arrives from a pharmacy with its own bill attached.

Brand pathway

Membership only, medication from your pharmacy

You pay Suncoast a membership fee for the care: provider review, refills, coaching and concierge support. The prescription goes to the pharmacy you choose, and that pharmacy bills you or your insurance for the medication itself.

Provider visit fees

What the provider visit costs

The providers are independently licensed clinicians, not Suncoast staff, and their visit fee is passed through to you at cost on top of your program.

Asynchronous provider review

A licensed provider reads your intake and history and responds without a live appointment. This is how most visits happen.

$50per visit

Live video visit

Some states require a live audio or video visit before a prescription can be issued, and some patients simply prefer one.

How billing works

Your card is authorized when you check out and charged once a licensed provider has reviewed your intake and issued a prescription. If treatment is not appropriate for you, the authorization is released. The provider visit fee applies either way, because the provider did the review.

We do not bill insurance. We can give you a receipt for your records, and your pharmacy handles any insurance claim on the brand pathway.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription. Fees may be non-refundable once prescription processing has begun.
