How the cycle works
One month of care, from the first intake to the refill that follows it.

Intake and review
You complete a short online intake. A licensed provider reviews your history and decides whether NAD+ is appropriate for you.
- Step 2
Ships from a licensed pharmacy
If it is prescribed, your NAD+ ships from a licensed compounding pharmacy with supplies and instructions for use.
- Step 3
Use it alongside your plan
NAD+ sits on top of whatever else you are doing. Your coach folds it into the same sleep, training and nutrition plan.
- Step 4
One time or monthly
Order once and reorder when you want it, or keep a monthly subscription. Cancel any time from the portal.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription. Fees may be non-refundable once prescription processing has begun.
