The cycle
How the cycle works
One month of care, from the first intake to the refill that follows it.
- Step 1
Intake and review
You complete a short online intake. A licensed provider reviews it and decides whether brand-name Zepbound is appropriate for you.
- Step 2
Prescription to your pharmacy
If it is prescribed, the prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose. The pharmacy bills you or your insurance for the medication.
- Step 3
Coaching and concierge support
Your membership covers coaching and education, plus help with coverage questions, prior authorizations and pharmacy supply.
- Step 4
Renews every 28 days
The membership bills every 28 days, and only after a prescription has been issued. Cancel any time from the portal.
